The Typica cultivar is considered the original heirloom Arabica varietal. Since these beans are renowned for making a flavorful cup, farmers and baristas commonly use it to improve their blends. Finca San Bernardo is located in the beautiful community of Fraijanes in Guatemala which has established itself as one of the premier growing regions in the country. Julito Gandara has taken time to meticulously improve the farm growing practices and has improved the quality of the beans since his grandparents left him the farm.
