This natural-style coffee is full-bodied with notes of green apple, strawberry, and marzipan. Due to the natural and sun-dried processing method, the flavors and sugars of the cherry penetrate the coffee bean to create a delightfully complex cup of flavors.
Every Cup of Coffee Has a Story
This micro-lot single estate coffee is produced by Roba and Family PLC, on a 99-acre farm located in the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and People’s Region (SNNPR) of Ethiopia. Sitting over 6,000 feet in the clouds, this is one of the highest elevation coffee farms in the world! As if the land here was custom designed to produce amazing coffee, the region’s lush forests offer natural shade to coffee bean plants.
Before beans are taken to the Work Kebele, Chelbesa Community Mill, they are laid out on one of 250 raised beds to sundry. This special drying process produces a whirlwind of rich flavors that follow it all the way to your cup.
