The Experience

This silky-smooth blend combines distinct hints of orange, dried cherry, and caramel. It has a sweet aroma with surprisingly deep flavors, perhaps in tribute to the serene patios in Chuachuacalte where beans are washed and sun-dried.

Every Cup of Coffee has a Story

Talk about an exclusive cup of coffee… this micro-lot single estate coffee is only produced at Mario Ajualip’s estate, Chuapec, which translates to “Great Stone.” The estate sits near the clouds atop a majestic mountain range in the small Guatemalan town of Cubulco.

Cubulco is a colorful region with a lot of traditions. Two varieties of coffee thrive here, Catimor and Catuai. When ready, beans are taken to the community mill in Chuachuacalte where they are washed and then sun-dried on patios.
