This beautiful Colombian bean further elevates Colombian coffee. Its sweet caramel aroma complements the notes of orange blossoms and stone fruit. The bright acidity balances out all of the layers of flavor making this coffee a unique, delicate, and smooth cup to drink.

Every Cup of Coffee Has a Story

This coffee is produced by Gladis Hernandez and Sandra Diaz in the Huila Region. To produce this exceptional coffee, they selected red cherries from their Caturra crop and fermented them for 24 hours. Once the cherries were depulped, the seeds were fermented again for 28 hours. The result is a delectably sweet and complex cup profile that retains the original characteristics of coffee from Huila.
