This dry-processed coffee from Ethiopia’s Guji region strikes your palate with an aroma full of sweet berries and brown sugar undertones.  As you sip, its large body greets with strong flavors of dried fig and blueberry with a pleasant honey wheat sweetness.  Our Ethiopia Guji Gorgora coffee’s mild acidity allows these beautiful flavors to shine through this truly special coffee.

Every Cup of Coffee Has a Story

Grown at some of the highest altitude coffee farms in the world, this roast originates at Kebele Gorgora.  These beans are transported to a processing site in Ketuma, where they undergo a natural process that has been perfected over several decades.  After the coffee cherries are dried on raised beds, they are dry milled and finally prepared for export.  At each phase of processing, the mill’s owner meticulously oversees work to ensure the beans have been prepared to Grade 1 standards.
