Kenyan coffees are world-renowned for its dense beauty.  Our Kenya AA Tinganga is no different.  As you grind, you can smell the aroma of lemon and sage. As you brew, this coffee fills your senses with sweet smells of sugar and dried fruit. This heavy bodied brew is pleasing as you taste the sweet savory structure with bright acidity.

Every Cup of Coffee Has a Story

Hailing from Kiambu County, this gem of a bean grows in rich red volcanic soil in one of the wettest regions in Kenya. The unique terroir in this area allows local micro farms to produce unique high-quality crops, which are fully embodied by this coffee.

Our AA Tinganga is produced by the Tinganga Coffee Estate. Farmers handpick the ripe cherries and deliver them to the mill on the very same day to undergo a wet mill process. Before the coffee is delivered to the final dry mill, it is slowly sun dried on raised platforms.

Excellent primo coffee

Jessika was very helpful and knowledgeable. Explain the company, mission, and some great facts about the coffee. I can not wait to try the others. Jessika thanks for the insight.

Some of the best coffee I have tasted!

By far my favorite coffee bean on earth!

Bar none, this is my favorite coffee from my favorite seller. My wife and I recently left southern California for school, but we could not leave BHB behind. Kenya AA Tinganga Estate has a depth of flavor unlike any I have experienced in another cup of coffee. Neither my palate nor my vocabulary are sophisticated enough for me to explain exactly why I enjoy this coffee so much, but I do. If you enjoy dark roasts at all, you have to try this coffee!

This is the best cup of coffee I’ve had

Full-bodied not a hint of oil. Smooth tasting. No acidic after taste The grounds dissolve quickly all the other coffees I’ve used in my French press would float to the top I would have to stir them multiple times, not this coffee The fragrance is extremely pleasant.
