Blue Hummingbird Coffee is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Barista to join our team at our roastery. This role is perfect for someone who loves coffee, enjoys creating exceptional drinks, and is eager to learn more about the art of coffee brewing. As a Barista, you'll work closely with our team to craft high-quality beverages while maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment. Key Responsibilities
1. Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting customers with a friendly attitude, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
2. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, following Blue Hummingbird Coffee’s standards for quality and consistency.
3. Maintain a clean, organized work area, adhering to food safety, sanitation, and
operational guidelines to provide a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
4. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
5. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations, especially
during busy hours, and provide support as needed.
