Cold Brew Recipe

As the temperature rises, there’s nothing quite like a refreshing cold brew to keep you cool and caffeinated. Whether you’re a coffee enthusiast or just looking to try something new, our simple cold brew coffee recipe is easy an easy cooling beverage to make in the mornings or early afternoons.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz of BHB's cold brew beans (grounds at filter level, not coarse)
  • 60 oz of water
  • 72 oz of water for dilution

Instructions

  1. Place the 12 oz of ground coffee beans in a large container.
  2. Add 60 oz of room temperature water, ensuring all the grounds are fully submerged.
  3. Let the mixture steep for 24 hours. Set a timer to remind yourself.
  4. After 24 hours, you'll have approximately 48 oz of cold brew concentrate.
  5. Dilute the concentrate with 72 oz of water to achieve the perfect balance.

Cold Brew is not only for the summer. Do you know that if you add hot water to the concentrate, you will get a low acidity cup of coffee.
