Good decaf is hard to find. This one actually tastes incredible. It's bright, fruity, and full of character, with notes of apricot, apple, and spice that finish with a touch of caramelized sugar. If you're looking for a better  decaf, this might be the one that changes your mind.

Every Cup Has A Story

This coffee comes from Ethiopia's Guji Zone, one of the country's most celebrated growing regions, known for producing coffees that are unmistakably Ethiopian — aromatic, fruited, and full of life. The beans are processed using a blend of natural and washed methods before going through Swiss Water Decaffeination, a chemical-free process that removes 99.9% of caffeine while keeping the flavor intact. The result is a decaf that doesn't taste like one.

BHB Notes

We roasted this one to a medium to bring out the warm fruit and spice character while adding a little body to the cup. Pour over keeps it bright and clean, drip makes it an easy everyday option, and it pulls a surprisingly good espresso shot for an evening drink. French press rounds out the caramelized sugar notes beautifully if you want a fuller cup. Whatever your brew, this is a decaf worth keeping around — a great option for those afternoon and evening cups when you still want something special without the caffeine.
