Every Cup Has A Story

Grown high in Ethiopia's Sidama region, this coffee comes from Faysel Abdosh's Gara Agena washing station, where the cherries are fermented in sealed tanks before drying slowly in the shade. That extra care during the fermentation process is what gives this coffee its bold fruit character — it's a process built for flavor, not speed, and you can taste it.

BHB Notes

We roasted this Faysel Ethiopia light to let the fruit really come through. Pour over brings out the blueberry and banana up front, with a smooth, juicy finish. Brewing with a French Press adds a bit more body to your cup. Both methods result in a wonderful cup. At BHB, we're always looking for the rare blueberry-forward Ethiopia, and this is it. It's a rare arrival and a fun one to try if you've never had an anaerobic Ethiopian natural like this before.
