Prepare for an explosion of red fruits in every sip! Aromas of pink guava and strawberry greet you, leading to flavors of kiwi, plum, star fruit, and white grape. The natural process begins with a 48-hour oxidation of whole cherries, followed by a 48-hour anaerobic fermentation, culminating in a drying period that results in a creamy mouthfeel and intensely fruity cup.
