Flavor notes are right on!

One of my favorite single origins. Profile was right on with cinnamon, apple and brown sugar. Couldn't really detect caramel. This year's CdF pour over tasted a bit dry; not as sweet as previous years or as strong a flavor but still a winner and good value.

Love this light roast coffee

I have been ordering my coffee beans from a top roaster in the US for about 5 years now so this coffee bean had some big expectations to exceed. Exceed it did- I’ll be switching over to the Blue Hummingbird Costa Rica Cordillera del Fuego beans.

Every cup was a pleasure

Wonderfully sweet, smooth, well balanced, all tasting notes were on-point. An experience and an absolute joy compared to the sludge I had been drinking. BHB is great stuff, if you haven't tried their coffee or tea, or even just this blend, I highly recommend it. Also, need to mention the great service. I moved out of the area so cart had a problem with shipping to my new address. I was left lamenting the lack of BHB or any good roasters in my area so I used the Chat option to reach out. Response was surprisingly quick, even in middle of holidays. BHB fixed the problem right then and there and saved me. Gold stars for days!
